Accessibility
Here at Swift Creek Mill Theatre, we believe that theatre is for everyone. We pride ourselves on being Visit-Able trained, ADA accessible, and welcoming to all patrons. We hope to make your visit to the theatre the best possible experience.
Seating
Wheelchair and companion seating is available in both the Mill Room for dining and the theatre. Please let us know your needs when making your reservation.
Dining
If you are joining us for dining and have dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact us at the time of your reservation and we will gladly make adjustments.
Ticket Pricing
Our tickets are $49 for advance registration, but there are many ways to see the show on a discount. Each MainStage show has a "Pay What You Can" night on the Thursday before opening. In addition, we offer discounts for students, veterans, active military, groups, and seniors. Rush tickets at the door are $25 and subject to availibility.
Parking
Wheelchair Accessible parking is located on the creek side of the parking lot. There is no parking in the driveway.
Building Accessibility
The historic Mill building’s main level is at grade and offers wide front entrance doors. An elevator serves the main level and the theatre level. If attending a private event in the Granite Room, please note that it is only accessible by stairs.
Restrooms
Fully accessible restrooms are located on the main level of the theatre building. Restrooms in the Granite Room are available when there is not a private event in that space however they may be accessed by stairs only. There are no public restrooms on the theatre level (second floor).
Assistive Listening Device
Wireless, lightweight headsets are available at no cost and may be requested from the Box Office Attendant or House Manager prior to the performance and at intermission. To obtain a headset, a driver’s license or valid ID will be required and then returned upon receipt of the equipment at the end of the performance.
