Drifty's Polar Parade

Drifty the Snowman wants a parade from the North Pole to the South Pole, and his friends do their best to make that impossible dream come true.  They hire an eccentric party planner, John Philip Lalapaluza, to coordinate the effort, and Santa's living room turns into the hippest party place in the Arctic Circle.  Along the way, Drifty picks up some useful tips on organizing: before & after; beginning, middle & end; making plans, etc.
