Volunteer Event to be Held at Swift Creek Mill Theatre

Connect to the community and support local artists! Swift Creek Mill Theatre will host an informational orientation on Sept. 28 at 9 a.m. The event will highlight ongoing volunteer opportunities at the Mill, which offer a unique glimpse into professional theatre as well as free admission into the show of the moment. “Holmes and Watson” is now running, and preparations are underway for the November launch of the musical thriller, “The Mysteries of Edwin Drood,” based on Charles Dickens’ unfinished final novel.

Swift Creek Mill Theatre is a non-profit performing arts center that offers Main Stage productions and Youth Series programs throughout the year. The theatre is located in an historic grist mill along a picturesque creek, offering “southern charm with a Broadway attitude.”

Registration for this event is not required.
